"SCREAMING COWBOY"
An original founder from 1962, David “Screaming Cowboy” Elkins was well-renowned for his radio commercials and huge, loving personality which became a staple for the Navajo Shopping Center culture.
Born 5/27/1938 in Prewitt, NM. He served in the U.S. Army, Sergeant E-5, 2nd Armored Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
Dave was a 2nd generation cattle rancher and had 40 years as a authentic Native American Trader with Navajo Shopping Center.
